Opened: 7:00 p.m.
Present: James Wettlaufer, Christian Petersen, Earl Johnson
Motion 02212007-1: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson to accept the minutes of the February 7, 2007 meeting as read, all in favor.
Motion 02212007-2: Pole Hearing, National Grid (intersection of East Brimfield and Dug Hill Roads) motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen to accept as described, all in favor.
Motion 02212007-3: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by James Wettlaufer to sign $1,150,000 TAN loan, all in favor.
Council on Aging requested that Earl Johnson and Susan Sanders be appointed as alternate members. Earl Johnson declined the position.
Motion 02212007-4: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen to appoint Susan Sanders as an alternate member of the Council on Aging, term to expire June 30, 2008.
Motion 02212007-5: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 p.m.
